Terms and conditions of sale

1. 01Booking

   An activity, an outing or a trip is booked from the Trekly website.

   The booking becomes final once Trekly confirms it. No payment is taken online: we confirm availability within 24 h.

2. 02Prices

   Prices are shown on the site for each activity or programme, in Algerian dinars and per person.

   The price covers only what the description of the activity expressly lists.

   Any additional service not stated in the programme may be charged separately.

3. 03Taking part in the activities

   The participant gives accurate information when booking.

   They follow the instructions of the guides and of the Trekly team, in particular those about safety.

   For some activities, Trekly may set particular conditions regarding age, equipment, physical condition or level of experience.

   The level given when booking and, where reported, the allergy, health condition or treatment, are used to adapt the supervision. They are read by the agency and by the guide of the outing only.

4. 04Changes to the programme

   For reasons of safety, weather, access to the sites or circumstances beyond Trekly’s control, the route, the timing or some activities may be changed.

   Trekly informs the participants as soon as possible of any significant change.

5. 05The participant’s responsibility

   Each participant is responsible for their own behaviour and follows the safety rules and the guides’ instructions.

   The participant brings the personal equipment the activity calls for.

6. 06Acceptance

   Any booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, together with the particular conditions stated at the time of booking.
